What’s something you believe everyone should know.
- Not all blind people see nothing at all. In fact only about 3-4% of us see nothing at all.
- There is a genocide going on in Palestine and Sudan.
- Disability will happen to us all, or we will die first.
- Never biopsy an adrenal tumour. Just in case it is adrenal cancer. Ask for a second opinion, refuse treatment. But don’t biopsy it.
- Donald Trump and Nigel Farrage are two of the most dangerous men alive. Unless you are a very rich white man, you should be very scared of them.
- Most vegan cheese is shit.
- Shein is a highly unethical company both environmentally and from a humanitarian point of view.
- The first film I saw at the cinema was Shrek 2, and I told my mum that my stepdad looked like Prince Charming and she thought that was hilarious.
- There is no such thing as an ethical billionaire.
- Doctors don’t always know best. If you are sick, and you aren’t being listened to, you have the right to ask for a second opinion, a different doctor, or keep on going back and asking for help. Don’t give up on your health or your right to be heard.
